Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Lanel Taylor and this is my virtual assistant firm, Taylored Office Solutions. I have over 12 years of experience in office management and bookkeeping and my specialty is bookkeeping and accounting for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

What is a Virtual Assistant?
The International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) states, "A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical services. Utilizing advanced technological modes of communication and data delivery, a professional VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise from his/her own office on a contractual basis."

I love being a virtual assistant! I enjoy being called on to help solve a problem and the feeling of satisfaction knowing I've helped my customers find the perfect solution for their needs. I love that I get to work with diverse companies every day and I enjoy the long-lasting relationships I've built with my clients and and take pride in knowing that I help them make their businesses successful.
